5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Once a bonus is activated, it cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

For example, a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

6.1 General Gaming Rules
